Accommodation

You can enjoy your vacation in three apartments in our house at the outskirts of Valbandon. All our apartments are completely equipped and furnished. We can also provide other services or information as per your request.
House has parking area for three vehicles in the enclosed yard. You can also use the grill. House is about 1200m from the sea and the beaches. We change bed linen once a week in all our apartments. The accommodation cost includes the cost of electricity and water, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning of the apartment. All apartments offer towels for personal hygiene and bed linen. Please bring your own beach towels.

The apartment for 2-4 persons

This apartment is situated at the ground floor of the house. It consists of a bedroom with the queen size bed, a large room split into a furnished kitchen and a dining room, a comfortable living room with SAT TV and a sitting set which could be converted into a queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower bath. The apartment has the living area of approximately 40m2.

Studio apartment for 2 persons

This apartment is situated at the ground floor of the house. The whole apartment is one large space consisting of a kitchen, dining and living room, SAT TV, a place to sleep (sofa that can be turned into a bed), and one separate bathroom with a shower bath. The apartment has the living area of approximately 35m2.

Large apartment for 4-6 persons

This apartment is situated at the first floor. It is air conditioned, it has SAT TV, and it consists of a comfortable living room with 2-person sitting set that could be made into a bed, a kitchen and a dining room, two bedrooms with the queen size beds, a bathroom with a regular bath. The apartment also has its own terrace with a sitting set. The apartment has the living area of approximately 75m2.

Prices

The cost of registration and the sojourn (tourist) tax is not included in the accommodation cost. You pay it when you present your accommodation invoice.
Registration fee is approximately 4 EUR per person (on a one-time basis), regardless of the age. Tourist tax is 1 EUR for all adults. Children from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying.
